2025 Summer Themes:


  • Week 1: CommUNITY Connections & Field Notebooks

    A day of new and familiar connections? OOH YAAH!! A DIY field notebook that will be our documenting space for the epicness that will be the summer session? DOUBLE OOH YAAH!

  • Week 2: Caterpillars, Chrysalis’ & Cocoons

    A book study will guide our day as we deeply explore the journey of both moths and butterflies through intriguing text, hand on experiences and art inspired activities.

  • Week 3: Fairy & Forest Folkore

    An fairy themed and enchanted vibing day has become a fan favourite as such is now a MUST every session! Imaginative and magical play will guide this day!

  • Week 4: A *Natural* World of Colour: Plant Tie Dye

    This theme was a hit a few summers ago so we’re bringing it BACK! As a group we will be naturally tie-dying with plant materials by using two different methods!

  • Week 5: Honouring our Heritage

    A wild inspired us during our spring session for this weeks theme! We envision a day where games, food, music and stories take us on a journey as we honour each wilds heritage. (We will be in touch with those registered with further details for this day together).

  • Week 6: Summer *Nature* Olympic Games

    Nature inspired Olympic Games, pinecone shotput, stick javelin, log balancing, nature trivia… to name a few, will fill our day as each wild goes head to head for a place on the log stump podium!

  • Week 7: Wild Blooms & Pollinators

    Another book study will take us deep into the important relationship between wild blooms and pollinators through intriguing text, hand on experiences and art inspired activities.

  • Week 8: Woodland Bonanza & Celebration

    As summer comes to an end we celebrate with good food and good company, a wild inspired potluck for lunch and wild guided production at our forest theatre for entertainment will close out our session together! What better way to do so?!
